After spending my entire life in fitness and construction and modification of the human form and nutrition I have seen every example and heard every excuse possible.
But when I look at them broadly together the one thing that stands out is misinformation.
In this book I am going to talk about specifics on how to eliminate misunderstandings and misinformation in order to make this journey towards fitness one of fun, excitement and possibilities of what you can do with your body in a committed mind.
While we research topics like stability flexibility, forms of exercise and touch on nutrition join me on this journey we begin our pathway to specific knowledge to overcoming misinformation.
Stability balls are great workouts on so many levels. Whether you are a beginner just starting out or an advanced athlete, this is for you because there are so many modifications you can toss in for progressions.
In this ebook, I will be demonstrating and explaining the benefits of using the stability ball and how to incorporate it into your workouts at home or in the gym.
I will also talk about the six myths of weight training and why most women are afraid to lift weight for fear of becoming too muscular.
I also talk about nutrition and it’s role in fitness. I have met numerous people who thrive on their own special diets, whether it’s low carb, high carb, high protein, vegan, etc. and I will say, do what works for you.
It can be confusing when searching the Internet for the perfect diet or meal plan. You may find a website that says to eat carbs before a workout and another one that will say eat protein before a workout. For me personally, I perform better on an empty stomach. Fat burning and digestion do not get along well in the digestive tract so keep that in mind.
Conflicting information can be confusing but it doesn’t have to be. Your body is a science, so you must do your homework.
If you have tried a diet that didn’t work for you, try something else. Study portion control. Do you over eat? Under eat? Binge? as well as food choices.
My favorite topic I discuss in this ebook is Carbohydrates. Every once in awhile some breakthrough appears which tells people to either avoid all carbohydrates or lower their carbohydrates. Carbohydrates have been and will continue to be an essential part of any human diet! Obesity EXPLOSION for the most part is due to people sitting too much and not eating right. One could easily argue that for or against higher or lower carbohydrate intake and give compelling examples and convince most people either way. Bottom line is leaner people move more, get good quality sleep and eat less junk food. To say our obesity EXPLOSION is due to too much or too little of one food component is just crazy! That’s like saying our traffic problem is due to faulty or unsynchronized traffic lights. So, everyone stand up. Take a deep breath. Sit down. Take a sip of water and enjoy the ebook.
